If your gums bleed when you are flossing or brushing it is a sign of inflammation and is a response to the bacteria in the plaque biofilm that builds up on between teeth, crowns, bridges, implant and gums. It is important to remove this daily – especially around  crowns, bridges orthodontic appliances/retainers and implants. This can be a bit of a challenge but this floss makes it much easier.
