Currently the majority of our coaching is online via video call (Zoom) or phone. We are gradually moving to more face to face sessions.

Contact us for more information.

How long does a session last?

Virtual Time Out For Teeth  (Video call) sessions are 30 minutes. You choose what suits  you best. If you aren’t sure contact us and we will help.

Team/workplace/group sessions via Zoom. Individual home/workplace sessions last approximately 45 – 60 minutes.

I look after my elderly mother who has quite bad breath. I worry that I am not cleaning her teeth and dentures properly. Can GS offer any advice?

Yes, GS can visit you and your mum at home and show you how to clean her teeth and dentures and look after your own mouth as well.

I am scared of the dentist, can Growing Smiles help?

Yes. We are a great place to start to help you overcome you fear and work towards oral health. Sadly we don’t have a magic wand, but we do understand and have worked with many people of all ages who are scared of the dentist or have a fear of some aspect of dental treatment e.g. needles. We will talk to you about your fears and concerns. If you don’t have a dentist we may be able to help find one who will help you overcome your fear. We are not an alternative to visiting a dentist, but we can help you work towards improving your oral health. This can make treatment easier and may even reduce the amount of treatment needed.

How much does it cost?

Time Out For Teeth is £14.99 for each 30 minute session. 1 hour training/webinar via Zoom £60. If you require oral care packs to be sent to your business for your team these will be in addition to this fee. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Cost is usually based on time spent e.g. Growing Smiles home visit is in the region of £45.00 for a 45 minute session.

Payment methods accepted – Paypal, Stripe, cash, cheque and all major credit cards.

I work full time, can I arrange a session in the evening or at the weekend?

Absolutely! Growing Smiles aims to make oral health promotion accessible when it suits you.

Do I have to have a 1-1 session or can I arrange a session with a friend?

We are happy to have a coaching session with one or two people, or even a family group. Let us know your preference and we will work with you to arrange a suitable session.

Do I have to live in Northern Ireland to access Growing Smiles?

Not at all! If we can arrange a suitable time we are willing to travel within reason! We may even have a GS coach locally so please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your needs. The internet has made the world very small and we have taken advantage of this with Time Out For Teeth – our online coaching option. Find out more here.
