Turn toothbrush timer over and start brushing!

Brush every surface of each tooth at night and one other time each day with fluoride toothpaste. Watch carefully in the mirror to brush thoroughly around where the gum and tooth meet.

Spit out but do not rinse after brushing – get the most out of your toothpaste!
