Clean between teeth first with the prime interdental brush – use the biggest size that will fit comfortably between teeth. Then pop the brush onto the handle and use a pea sized blob of tooth brush to brush around the gum line and every surface of all teeth. Spit out after brushing but don’t rinse – let the fluoride in the paste act for longer to protect teeth.
