What is Tepe Plaqsearch?

PlaqSearch is a two-tone disclosing tablet which stains the plaque biofilm on teeth making it easier to see and promotes effective cleaning. New plaque stains red and old plaque blue. Old plaque stained blue has been present on the teeth for more than 12 hours. This is really helpful to spot those areas that are missed frequently when brushing or cleaning between teeth/flossing.

How to Use

Watch in a well lit mirror and use a mouth mirror to check all surfaces. Put a little Vaseline or similar on lips before use to prevent pink/blue lips! Chew a PlaqSearch tablet after toothbrushing and interdental cleaning. Rinse your mouth. Now you can clearly see where plaque is left behind. New plaque is coloured red, while plaque older than 12 hours is coloured blue, which makes it obvious where brushing is repeatedly missed.
