• Gengigel Teething Gel. The first tooth may not make an appearance until around 6 months. However, you are likely to know when it’s on its way. Teething can occur from around 4 months, with the first tooth being the lower front tooth. Gengigel Teething Gel is sugar, alcohol and lidocaine free. It is also harmless if swallowed. Just massage gently over the area with a clean finger.
