How to use Triple Bristle toothbrush head for Sonicare :
Place head on tooth with the handle parallel to the biting surface (see image gallery). Place a little pressure on the brush head to engage the bristles to the crevice of the gum line. Turn power on and let the power do the work. Count to 5 before moving to the next tooth, gradually working around the mouth. Watch what you are doing in a mirror to ensure all surfaces of every tooth is cleaned. Use the brush dry with a pea sized blob of fluoride toothpaste. Spread the toothpaste around all teeth before starting to brush. Spit out after brushing but don’t rinse all the toothpaste away. Let the toothpaste ingredients work for longer.
After use rind the brush head thoroughly, shake out excess and store upright out of contact with other peoples brushes to dry ready for next use.
Use the Triple Bristle toothbrush head on your Sonicare at least twice a day. Last thing at night and one other time every day after cleaning between teeth with interdental brushes, floss or waterflosser.
