How to  use:

Place a pea sized blob of PlaqueHD identifying toothpaste on dry toothbrush

Brush all surfaces of every tooth – do not add water.

Spit out excess paste and look to check effectiveness of brushing.

Continue to brush until all stained plaque is removed.

Do not rinse after cleaning – let the fluoride in the paste remain for maximum protection.
