How to use these eco friendly, plastic free toothpaste tablets with 1450ppm fluoride:
Clean between teeth/floss. Chew a toothpaste tablet and mix with saliva. Brush every surface of each tooth. Spit out after brushing. Don’t rinse your mouth with water – let the fluoride in the paste work for longer.
NB. The abrasiveness of toothpaste tablets varies depending on moisture available in the mouth e.g. saliva flow. Growing Smiles recommends if when chewed your mouth feels ‘grainy’ wet your toothbrush before brushing.
