New to water flossing? Use warm water for comfort. We suggest starting off with he plaque seeker tip on the lowest pressure setting. This way you can feel your way around your mouth with the bristles following the gum line. Hold your head over the basin/sink and don’t turn the unit on until you have the tip in your starting position – we suggest at the back of your mouth. Water will pulse through the tip. Hold the tip in place between teeth towards the gum for 3 – 5 seconds then move to the next space, 3-5 secs then move on pausing between all teeth for 3 – 5 seconds. If necessary refill the reservoir. you will find the water will dribble out of your mouth. You can use the water flosser from the cheek side pointing in toward teeth or from the tongue or palate side. Use water or your favourite mouthwash.

We love this little Nano unit and sent one off with the kids when they left home! Of course we included an adaptor as there wasn’t a shaver socket available – it got used at the kitchen sink!
