Scientific evidence has demonstrated that oscillating and rotating powered toothbrushes are more effective at plaque removal than a manual toothbrush in the same hands. Bristles should be directed towards the gum line so they clean the gum crevice (a bit like cleaning under your nails!). Hold the brush still and let the 8800 rotations per minute do the work. Clean the inside, outside and the biting surface of each tooth.
