I use cinnamon in cooking quite a bit, but the sweets left me running across the kitchen to spit it into the compost bin, reaching for the cold milk and Bongela! I’d just started to get some relief from sensitivity by using other products on the Growing Smiles website (excellent selection of gels and chewing gums etc.) but one taste of the cinnamon sweets has set me back considerably.
